As conceptualized by the visionary Founders Directors of Mount Camel School, Dr. Earnest Charles J. Samuel & Dr. Annie Charles Samuel  to provide holistic development of Students and to keep them updated about the recent career trends, a workshop on Communication skills, Personality Development & Career options after XII was organized for the Students of XI & XII in the School on 09.05.2018.

The Director of a renowned Institute, an expert on Career Counseling Mr. Bharat Jain was the keynote speaker. The resource person for Personality Development and Communication skills Mr. Vineet Sharma emphasized on communication & Personality types and also engaged the Students in an activity .The Students were briefed on the structure of the exams of various prestigious institutions and also informed about the career options available after XII. The School Principal Dr. Parveena John Singh stated that the session was an informative & an engaging one that would indeed help Students to define there destination before choosing one.
