Dear Parents/Guardian

As informed earlier the programmes of Founders’ Week Celebrations of the School to be held at the Tagore Theatre, Sector 18, Chandigarh will be as per the given schedule:

• Classes Pre-Nursery to II:December 02, 2019 (Morning)
• Classes III to V: December 02, 2019 (Evening)
• Classes VI to XII: December 03, 2019 (Evening)

Details regarding these programmes are as under:

For the Programme on 02-12-2019 (Classes Pre-Nursery to II) – 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

On 2^nd December 2019, all the participants of these classes must reach the Venue (Tagore Theatre) by 10:15 a.m. sharp, dressed up from home in their costumes and report to the respective teacher in-charge. Your wards will be handed over to you by their Class Teachers only after the programme is over. You are requested not to approach the teachers on this matter during the entire programme. We would appreciate your utmost co-operation and patience.

For the Programme on 02-12-2019 (Classes III to V) –  5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

On 2^nd December 2019, all the participants of these classes must reach the Venue (Tagore Theatre) by 4:15 p.m. sharp, dressed up from home in their  costumes and report to the respective teacher in-charge. Your wards will be handed over to you by their Class Teachers only after the programme is over. You are requested not to approach the teachers on this matter during the entire programme. We would appreciate your utmost co-operation and patience.

There will be regular classes upto 28^th November 2019. Saturday the 30^th November 2019 will be a working day for all the participants and regular Winter School Timings will be observed. On 29^th  November (Friday) & 30^th  November 2019 (Saturday) only the participants of all the classes should report at school in regular School uniform, without books, with tiffin and water bottle as per the regular Winter School Timings. They may be picked up as per the normal School timings. Your wards using the school transport will be picked up and dropped back.

December 03, 2019 will be a day off for all the students who are performing on December 02, 2019.

Invitation cards will be sent to you in due time. Please remember that only 2 adults will be allowed on one card and this must be observed strictly, otherwise it causes seating problems. You are requested to stay for the entire duration of the programme, as this would be an encouragement to all the participants and teachers who have put in a lot of hard work. Please co-operate with us in maintaining discipline during the programme. This would definitely help in making it a Success. 

November 29 to December 03, 2019 will be days off for all the Non-participants.

December 04, 2019 will be a day off for all the students.
