Mount Carmel  participated in   ‘Deutsch Macht Spab ’a German event  which was held at vivek High School , Chandigarh on 18^th November ,2017 .  Students from different schools participated in this competition. Various competitions such as Salad Making, Spelling Bee juniors, spelling Bee seniors, Tongue twisters, Singing, Painting and collage making competitions took place. There were 12 students from our school who were there to be a part of this event.

It was a proud moment as few students from our school managed to grab prizes too.  Mr. Harpreet Singh of class VI-C got 1^st prize in Spell Bee Juniors, 2nd Prize was grabbed by Ms. Shreya VIII-C & Ms. Nishka of class VII – D in Salad Making, 3^rd prize in Spell Bee Juniors was won by Ms. Gursimran Kaur of VIII – A whereas Spell Bee Seniors by Ms. Jiya Sinha VIII – C .
