A session on inclusive Education was attended by the Teachers on 7th September, 2019. This was conducted by the Round Glass Team of Special Educators. Ms. Natalia Vega from Columbia the the expert in Inclusive and Special Education led the Team.

The Session began with drawing attention of the Teachers to the 10-20 % Students in the Class with Poor Performance. The Causes, Characteristic & Outcomes were discussed of Children with Learning disabilities, ADHD & Autism with activities the Teachers were made to relate and realize the Problems of such Children. The need to be aware, sensitive & caring was stressed upon. Repition, light & heavy exercises etc were suggested as solutions to calm hyperactive or withdrawn Children. The involvement of the Teachers and Participation in the activities brought forth many ideas that could be shared and implemented in the Classroom. The Teachers expressed their happiness & gratitude to the team for the wonderful Session. The Principal Dr. Parveena John Singh stated the Teachers need to be aware & sensitive to the needs & behavior of such Children. Such workshop helps in improving the performance of the Students.
