A workshop was conducted for the girls of classes VIII & IX, regarding puberty and adolescent issues, on May 21, 2018 at 8:00 am. The guest speakers were Dr. Babita Ghai (Prof. Scholars of Public Health PGI),Dr. Risha Gupta and Ms. Muskaan of Class XI of strawberry Fields High School.

Ms. Muskaan gave a presentation on Myths and Superstitions about menstruation and other related issues. She also talked about the problems faced by the girls during this time .Dr. Babita Ghai gave a talk on common symptoms of PSOS and PSOD. Dr. Risha Gupta discussed and gave a talk on personal hygiene, adequate and healthy diet and self esteem . It was indeed an informative session for the growing up girls.
