Winter Timing Notice

NOTICE.    Date:  21 -10-2019.

Dear Parents/Guardian,

Please make a note of the following.

  1.  Winter timings as given on page 5 of the student’s diary will be observed in the School e.f. November 04, 2019 and all the students should come to School in winter uniform as given on pages 12 & 13 of the student’s diary, from this day. School blazer will be compulsory for all the students of classes VI onwards w.e.f. December 05, 2019. There will be no compromise, whatsoever, on the School uniform. So please help us in maintaining the standards in this regard.
  2.  The School’s Annual Sports Day will be held on November 25, 2019 in the School premises from 8.15 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. All the students of classes K.G. to XII should come to School on this day, in sports dress, with tiffins and water bottles, without books/bags. The students of Classes Pre-Nursery & Nursery should reach School by 9.00 a.m. in the School winter uniform with tiffins and water bottles and they may be picked up at 12.30 p.m. along with the students of K.G. class. The participants should report to School in the dress as given:

    Boys & Girls (Classes K.G. to XII)  – Winter Sports Dress
    (As given on page 13 of the student’s diary)
    Defaulters will not be allowed.
    The students using School transport will be picked up and dropped back as on other working days.

  1. Cultural shows will be hosted as a part of the School Founders’ week celebration on December 02 & 03, 2019 at the Tagore Theatre, Sector 18, Chandigarh. Details regarding this will be sent to you later. Please co-operate with teachers regarding the costumes etc., required for the same.
  2. Please remember:
  •  (i)  that the School gate closes at the time of the First Bell i.e. 7 .45 a.m. (Summer)  &  8 .15 a.m. (Winter). You are therefore requested to ensure that your wards are punctual to School everyday. Late comers will not be allowed.

  • (ii) that once the student is in School, he/she will not be allowed to leave the School, in general, till the School gets over. So you should not send your ward to School even for the Unit Tests, if he/she is not well OR if he/she has to accompany you anywhere during the School hours. In case of any emergency the School will inform you to come and take your ward home.
