Under the aegis of the Founders and Directors Dr. Earnest Charles J. Samuel and Dr. Annie Charles Samuel, Mount Carmel School Chandigarh had the privilege and honour of being crowned with the prestigious Global School Award 2022 for ‘Best in Experiential Learning ‘ organized by AKS Education Awards on 5th November, 2022 in New Delhi. MCS bagged this honor among other awardees from 27 countries presented in Global Education Fest and Awards, 2022. The award recognizes the significant contributions of the outstanding educators for the eminence and effectiveness of the teaching, specialized leadership and potential for even greater hand-outs to the healthy development aspects of educational programs. It also focuses on excellence achievement rewards and holistic development at school. It was a moment of exhilaration and elation for the school fraternity as after two years of celebrating the biggest festival of educators Global Award virtually, the 5th edition of the Global Education Awards was celebrated offline in New Delhi. The school has always provided thought-provoking educational discussion to lead and showcase what is important for the encouragement of betterment of future education. This honor of distinction was bestowed upon under the guidance and support of the principal as it is under her tutelage that every day thousands of minds are inspired and educated.
