The students of the Foundational Stage of Mount Carmel School conducted a delightful Special Assembly on the theme “Under the Sea.” The assembly aimed to make children aware of the beautiful and fascinating life that exists beneath the ocean waves while nurturing their curiosity and love for nature.

The program began with a warm welcome followed by an informative presentation highlighting the importance of marine life and how oceans help maintain the balance of our ecosystem. The children showcased a mesmerizing dance performance dressed as various sea creatures such as fish, starfish, octopuses, and mermaids, spreading vibrant colors and joy across the stage.

Adding to the charm, a short drama was enacted by the students, portraying the need to keep our oceans clean and protect aquatic life from pollution. Their confident dialogues and expressive acting reflected their understanding and awareness of the theme.

The Principal and Directors of the school appreciated the efforts of both the teachers and students for putting up such a creative and meaningful show. They encouraged the children to continue learning about and caring for the environment.
