Learning how to tie your shoes can be a major accomplishment for a child. This activity proved to be a learning session for kids as they learnt how to tie a shoe on their own.

Class KG – A students learned how to tie the laces on a cardboard so that gradually they learn to be independent. The steps followed on how to tie laces :  We have to push the laces down through the first two holes in the front of the shoe and then thread them in a crisscross pattern.

The aim of the activity was the  enhancement of fine motor skills.
