Mount Carmel School, Chandigarh, celebrated its 38th Founders’ Week-cum-Annual Day and Annual Function 2025 with grandeur and heartfelt thanksgiving at the Tagore Theatre on 2nd and 3rd December 2025. Organised under the visionary leadership of the Founders and Directors, Dr. Earnest Charles J. Samuel and Dr. Annie Charles Samuel, alongwith the guidance of Principal Dr. Parveena John Singh, the celebrations reflected the school’s ethos of gratitude, excellence, values and holistic development.The occasion held added significance as it coincided with the birthday of Founder and Director, Dr. Earnest Charles J. Samuel.
The Annual Function held on 2nd December 2025, titled “A Symphony of Gratitude -A Celebration of Blessing Called Life,” was graced by Smt. Harpreet Kaur Babla, Mayor of Chandigarh, as the Chief Guest, and Colonel Deepak De, Sena Medal, as the Guest of Honour, accompanied by Mrs. Monika De.
The Founders and Directors expressed heartfelt gratitude to God, parents, teachers and students, reiterating that gratitude, integrity, and service form the foundation of true education.
The Principal, Dr. Parveena John Singh lauded the relentless efforts of all stakeholders in bringing the event to fruition and highlighted the myriad opportunities Mount Carmel School provides to its students.
