Dear Parents/Guardian,

Kindly note the following:

1. Republic Day Celebration will be held in the School on January 26, 2016. All the students of Classes IV to XII must report at School by 8.45 a.m. in regular School uniform with water bottles and they may be picked up from School at 10.30 a.m. However, the students using School Transport will be picked up and dropped back. January 27, 2016 will be a day off for the School.
2. The School Winter Carnival ‘MCC 2016’ will be held on January 29 & 30, 2016. During these days there will be no studies, however the students of classes IV to XII must come to School on both these days in regular School uniform from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on 29-01-2016 and from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on 30-01-2016. All the participants of various programmes during the Carnival should also come in Regular School Uniform as this helps in distinguishing our students from the outsiders and facilitates in maintaining discipline. They should bring their respective costumes with them so that they can change in the School. No student without proper School uniform will be allowed to attend the Carnival. The students who are using School transport will be picked up and dropped back. The students of classes Pre-Nursery to III should attend the Carnival along with you. You are requested to kindly come and participate in the Carnival to make it a success also keeping in mind that this would be a time for your wards to have fun and to enjoy with you. This Carnival is being dedicated to the flood victims of Chennai and the complete proceeds would go to the Chennai Relief Fund.
